I don’t usually do reviews, because the service of Randy was so exceptional I feel called to give him a shout out. A professional will offer the basics of which we would hope for but rarely get, and that would be picking up the phone, a timely call back, a fair quote, completing a project on time and being all-around, honest and ethical. This is the baseline for Randy and he goes far above what a professional would have done. He took time to look at the scope of my project and areas of my project, that did not involve him, and saved me a tremendous amount of time, energy, money, and heartache. I can see how this man would not only be outstanding in his profession, but also a great friend and family man and boss. When this job was done, all I could say was “Amazing”. This was not your ordinary fireplace as mine was a radius type but Randy made it look easy. He went above and beyond before starting ,with showing me how to frame the opening for the insert, to accommodate the stone and flagstone.
